"I tow my car and I give them invoice but now they are acting because amount is 230$ I talk to there Woman she said I don’t want arguing with you get invoice otherwise they don’t give me a credit this is so stupid because I already give them invoice but they are not accepting and I’m trying to talk with Mrs Lee but she said he is not here or even he can’t do anything I never had problem like this she hang up call go get invoice I’m not worried about 230$ but customer service is to to bad"

"We have been calling since January 23, 2024 for some paperwork. It is now March 7, 2024. I still do not have what I need. Each time I called, the office lady, Eunice, promised to call me back or have someone else return my call. After several weeks of calls, I finally received one call back from a Hannah. I was promised a letter via mail and email. I have not received anything. The last time I called to follow up was 3/4/2024. Again, I was promised a call back. No one returned my call. I tried calling State Farm 800 number. They are also no help. They said that the names Eunice and Hannah are not even registered at this office! What a hot mess. I will be filing a complaint with IDOI if this matter is not resolved in the next week. Update: It’s Yoomi or Eunice. No sure. 2 out of 5 paperwork received as of today, 3/8/2024"
